Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on every Naureva order within the United States. There is no minimum spend.

How long it takes

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery is a further 5 to 10 business days after your order ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, email us and we will look into it.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer than the times above. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered and you cannot find it, email hello@naureva.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and either replace the order or refund you. You will not be left to chase the carrier yourself.
