Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full, before an order ships.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where we suspect fraud or cannot ship to the address given.

What the Naureva Glide is

Naureva Glide is a personal care massage device intended for cosmetic use on the skin. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Individual results vary and depend on consistent use. Do not use the device on broken, irritated or freshly shaved skin, over varicose veins, or directly on bone. If you are pregnant, have a skin condition, a circulatory condition, an implanted medical device, or are undergoing treatment, speak to your doctor before using it.

Ritual oils

Our oils are cosmetic products for external use only. Patch test before first use. Stop using an oil if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and away from eyes.

Intellectual property

The Naureva name, logo, product photography and site copy belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
