Naureva Glide
Five minutes a day on the areas nothing else reached.
- Ten rounded steel nodes: polished domes that glide instead of digging in.
- Suction that starts low: level one is gentle enough for a first week.
- Heat and red light: a warming plate and a red ring around the face.
- Cordless, USB-C, 350 g: about thirty minutes of use on a charge.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed and ship from our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery is a further 5 to 10 business days after your order ships.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
Inside the device
Three things working at the same time
Gentle vacuum suction
Adjustable, and genuinely low at level one. The suction lifts the skin so the nodes move across it instead of pressing into it.
Warming plate
Warmth makes the session comfortable enough that you keep doing it, which is the part that actually decides your result.
Red light ring
A ring of red light around the working face, on for the whole session.

Ten nodes, not forty
Fewer points, spread wider.
The forty-point devices people complain about concentrate force into a small area. Ten larger domes spread the same work across more skin, which is why this one can be used on a first week without leaving marks.
- Polished steel: cool to the touch, easy to wipe clean.
- Rounded, not sharp: they roll across skin rather than pinch it.
- One button: nothing to learn, nothing to set up.
Start on level one. Almost everyone who marks their skin with a tool like this went too high on day one.

Built to be used
One button. That is the interface.
The device that gets used is the simple one. Press once for on, again to step up a level. It charges over USB-C like your phone, and at 350 g it sits on a shelf rather than disappearing into a drawer.
- USB-C charging: about thirty minutes of use per charge.
- 350 g: light enough to hold through a full session.
- Cordless: no cable trailing across the sofa.

Ok so I've been using this 3-4 times a week for a little over a month now and I can definitely see why people like it. I work out a lot and the backs of my thighs have always been the one thing that bothered me. Taking pictures because I know I'll never notice a difference just looking every day 😂

I work out all the time and still have cellulite on the backs of my thighs, so I totally understand the frustration. I've been using this consistently and I'm honestly pretty happy with it so far.

I just got mine a couple weeks ago and honestly I didnt think I would use it this much 😂 I've been doing my thighs after my shower and the skin feels sooo much softer after. I'm trying to actually stay consistent with it this time lol

I've been lifting for years and my body has changed a lot but that little cellulite on the back of my thighs never really went away. Started doing this a few times a week and I swear it looks less noticeable to me now. I'm taking pictures because I want to compare properly

I actually bought this because I wanted something I could do at home before getting ready for the weekend. I've mostly been using it on my hips and upper thighs and it's become a really easy little routine for me. I like that I can just put some oil on and get it done without making a whole appointment out of it. I'm still using it regularly and so far I'm really happy I tried it.

Rachel Johnson
First couple times I used way too much suction lol, but once I started on the lower setting it was really easy to use. I usually do it while I'm watching TV and it only takes a few minutes.

I originally bought this because I wanted to take better care of my skin, not because I expected some huge transformation. After using it for a while, I started paying more attention to the texture of my thighs and noticed they just looked a little more polished to me. That was enough to make me want to keep going. Really glad I gave it a shot.

I was a little nervous about the suction at first because I have sensitive skin, but I started really low and got comfortable with it pretty quickly. Now I usually use it while I'm getting ready for bed and it's honestly become a nice little part of my evening.

I've tried creams and dry brushing before and always ended up quitting after a couple weeks. This one has actually been easy for me to keep up with and I'm starting to notice a difference in the way my skin looks.

I bought this mostly because I wanted something I could do at home without adding another appointment to my schedule. I've been using it a few times a week and really like how my skin feels afterward.

Sarah Thompson
My sister actually told me about this after she bought one, so I finally gave it a try. I wasn't sure I was going to like the whole suction thing but it's surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. I mostly use it on my glutes and outer thighs. I've been really enjoying it so far.
👍 29How to use it
Three steps, five minutes
The whole routine. There is nothing else to learn.
Oil first, always
Two pumps into your palms and onto the area. The Glide is not designed for dry skin and drag is what marks you.

Slow upward passes
Switch on at level one. Move in slow strokes toward the heart. Do not press and do not hold it still.

Five minutes, then stop
Five minutes an area is the whole session. Leave a day before you work the same spot again.
An honest timeline
What to expect, week by week
Nobody else will tell you this part plainly, so we will.
It feels like nothing
Warm, slightly odd, over in five minutes. Stay on level one. The only job this week is building the habit.
Skin feels softer
The first thing most people notice is how the area feels under their hand, not how it looks in the mirror.
Take the second photo
Same light, same pose, same time of day. This is the first comparison worth making.
You will know by now

The detail
Everything else about the Glide
You already put in the work. This is the part that was missing.
Naureva Glide is a cordless body tool that brings together gentle vacuum suction, warmth and red light in one five-minute routine, built for the areas that never seem to respond however consistent you are at the gym.
The routine, in three steps
- Oil first. Warm a little body or massage oil suitable for your skin between your palms and apply it to the area. The Glide needs oil to move. It is not designed for dry skin.
- Glide, do not press. Slow upward passes along the thigh. Let the suction do the work. Pressing harder achieves nothing except marking your skin.
- Five minutes an area. Three or four sessions a week, leaving a day between sessions on the same area.
What is in the device
- Ten rounded massage nodes. Polished steel domes that glide rather than dig.
- Suction that genuinely starts low, so your first week is comfortable.
- Warming plate. The part of the routine you will actually look forward to.
- Red light ring around the working face.
- Cordless, USB-C, 350 g. Small enough to live on the shelf instead of in a drawer.
Start gentler than you think you need to
Level one, twice, in your first week. Almost everyone who marks their skin with a tool like this started too high on day one. There is no prize for the strongest setting, and the gentle routine is the one still going in week four.
What you get
The Naureva Glide, device only. Oil is not included, so use a body or massage oil suitable for your skin.
Naureva Glide is a personal care massage device. Individual results vary and depend on consistent use.
No risk to you

Questions
Everything you need to know
Does it hurt?
It should not. Level one is genuinely low and that is where you start. What hurts, and what marks skin, is pressing the device down or holding it still. Keep it moving in slow upward passes and let the suction do the work.
How long before I see anything?
Give it four to six weeks at three or four sessions a week. Skin texture responds slowly. Anyone promising a result in seven days is selling you something.
Do I really need the oil?
Yes. The Glide is not designed for dry skin. Without oil it drags, and drag is what leaves marks. Use a body or massage oil suitable for your skin. Naureva Oil is temporarily sold out and is not included with the device.
How often should I use it?
Three or four sessions a week, five minutes an area, leaving a day between sessions on the same spot. More is not better.
Will it bruise me?
Not at sensible settings. Faint pink that fades within an hour is normal. Marks that last are a sign you went too high too early. Drop a level and add more oil.
Can I use it on my stomach or arms?
Yes, on soft tissue. Avoid bone, the front of the shin, varicose veins, broken skin and freshly shaved skin.
Is it cordless?
Yes. It charges over USB-C and runs about thirty minutes on a charge, which is roughly a week of sessions.
What if it does not work for me?
Email us inside 60 days and we refund you. That is the whole policy.
Customer reviews
What people say after week four
Same spot, same light, eight weeks apart
I put a piece of tape on the floor so I would stand in the exact same place every Sunday. That is the only reason I trust my own photos. The backs of my thighs are where mine sits and that is where it changed first. Nothing looked different week to week, but the first and last photo side by side made me stop.
The outer thigh was the part I hated
Mine is all on the upper outer thigh, the part that shows in every pair of jeans. Five minutes a side, four nights a week, Smooth oil, heat on level two. I was also walking a lot more this summer so I will not pretend it was only the device, but walking alone has never done this for me before.
The crease under the glute finally softened
That shelf right under the glute was my whole problem. First place I look, last place anything ever worked. Around week six it stopped catching the light the way it used to. My husband noticed before I said anything, which is how I knew I was not talking myself into it.
Same bathroom mirror, every Sunday
Same mirror, same time, same harsh overhead light, because good lighting hides everything and I wanted the truth. Weeks one through three looked identical and I nearly quit. Week five was the first honest change. Glad I did not stop at three.
I can get dressed without the mirror check
I used to stand at the closet and pick clothes around my legs. That is the thing that actually changed. The texture is not gone, I want to be honest about that, but it is far enough down that I stopped planning outfits around it. Denim shorts for the first time in four years.
I lift four days a week and it never touched this
That is the part that made me angry. Squats, hip thrusts, walking, none of it did a thing for the texture on the back of my legs. The device is the only thing I changed in eight weeks. I do it after training while I stretch, so it costs me no extra time.
Sitting down was when I noticed it most
Standing up I could almost ignore it. The second I sat on the edge of the bed it was all there. That is the photo I kept taking because that is the one that bothered me. Eight weeks in and the seated shot is the one I am actually happy about.
Postpartum and nothing was bouncing back
Two kids, and my thighs went a texture I did not recognize. I gave this eight weeks with the Recover oil because I did not know what else to try. It is not a reset button. It is a slow, real change, and at this point I will take slow and real over another cream that does nothing.
Five minutes while the laundry piles up
Realistically I was never going to do a twenty minute routine. I do this standing in the bedroom while I sort laundry. Three or four nights a week, whatever I manage. Eight weeks of an easy thing beat eight weeks of a perfect thing I would not have done.
Week three I almost sent it back
Nothing had happened and I was annoyed at myself for buying it. I gave it another two weeks out of pure stubbornness. The change started somewhere in week five and kept going from there. If you are at week three and nothing is happening, apparently that is normal.
First summer I have not planned around my legs
Weddings, the pool, all of it used to come with a wardrobe problem attached. I am not going to claim my legs are perfect. They are good enough that I stopped thinking about them around week seven, and that is worth more to me than perfect.
Honest result, not a miracle
The dimpling on the backs of my legs is maybe sixty percent better. Not gone. If you are expecting the before and after photos in the ads you will be disappointed, and if you are expecting a real visible improvement in two months you will not be. Four stars because I wish that were said more plainly up front.
Slower for me than for my sister
She started two weeks after me and was pleased by week four. Mine has taken the full eight weeks and I would call it a moderate change rather than a big one. I have more to work with than she does, so that is probably fair. Sticking with it because it is still going in the right direction.
Backs of the knees too, which I did not expect
I bought it for my thighs. The area just above the back of the knee is where I see the biggest difference, and I never even targeted it properly. I started walking more at the same time so factor that in, but the texture change is not a walking thing.
The couch photo is the one I never showed anyone
Sitting sideways on the sofa with my thigh spread out was my worst angle by a mile. I took it anyway because I wanted a real baseline. Eight weeks later it is the photo I am proudest of. Smooth oil, heat on two, five minutes a leg.
Desk job, and my legs showed it
I sit nine hours a day and by the evening my legs feel heavy and look worse. The heat plus the massage in the evening is the part I look forward to now. The heaviness went before the texture did, by a few weeks.
Eight weeks, three nights a week, that is it
I want to be specific about the effort because every review I read was vague. Three evenings a week, about ten minutes for both legs, Smooth oil, level two heat with the red light on. That is the whole routine. No diet change, no new workout.
Wrote the week on a card so I could not cheat
Easiest way to stop yourself picking a flattering angle later on. Same shorts would have been smarter, I only thought of that halfway through. Either way the hip and outer thigh are clearly different and I know both photos are honest.
Perimenopause changed the texture, not the size
My weight has not moved in three years but the skin on my thighs changed and nobody warned me that happens. This is the first thing that has done anything about it. It is not a cure for getting older. It is a real improvement and I am keeping it in the routine.
Bike shorts without the panic
I have a drawer full of them and wore leggings instead all last year. Went back to them in week seven and did not spend the whole class thinking about the backs of my legs. That is the whole review, really.
Works better on the thigh than the glute
The backs of my thighs responded well. The glute itself has been much more stubborn and is only slightly better after two months. Same routine on both, so I do not think I did anything wrong. Worth it for the thighs, but I would not promise anyone the glute.
Mild case, and it cleared up well
Mine was never severe, just enough that I noticed it in daylight and in photos. If yours is mild too then I think eight weeks is realistic. My mother in law has a much heavier case and hers is taking far longer, so be honest with yourself about where you are starting from.
Close up photos are brutal and I took them anyway
No filter, no distance, phone about two feet away, overhead light on. If you want to know whether something works, that is the photo to take. Mine is not flawless at week eight and I never expected flawless. It is clearly better and I have the close ups to prove it.
I stopped expecting anything, then week five happened
I have bought so many creams that I genuinely ordered this to prove to myself nothing works. Weeks one to three I felt nothing except warm. Around week five the back of my left thigh looked different in the bathroom light and I actually took the second photo.
The five minutes is the whole reason I kept going
Every other thing I have tried needed twenty minutes and a mood. This is five minutes while the kettle boils. Three evenings a week and I have not missed one in seven weeks, which for me is unheard of.
Does not hurt at all on level one
I was nervous because I read reviews of the forty point ones leaving marks. Level one on this is genuinely gentle, almost too gentle for the first few days. I moved up to level three in week two and it is still comfortable.
Works, but you really do need the oil
I tried it once without oil because I ran out and it dragged and pinched immediately. Completely my fault, they say it clearly. Ordered two more bottles. Only reason this is four stars is I wish the bottle were bigger.
My calves after long shifts
I am on my feet twelve hours and I bought this for the cellulite but honestly the calf use is what I love. Magnesium oil and ten minutes and the heaviness is gone. My husband has started stealing it.
Postpartum and finally something for me
Two kids and I had written off the tops of my thighs. This is the first thing in four years that is mine and takes five minutes. Texture is softer, and honestly the ritual itself helped as much as the result.
I train five days a week and this was the missing piece
Strong legs, good diet, and the same dimpling for years. It was never a fitness problem, which is exactly what their page says. Six weeks in and the difference is small but it is the first difference I have seen.
Good device, be patient
If you want a result in a week do not buy this. Nothing happened for me until about week four. It is well made, the battery lasts ages, and the heat is lovely. Just go in knowing it is a two month thing.
Cheaper than one salon session
I did eight sessions of mechanical massage two years ago and it cost me over a thousand dollars. It faded once I stopped. This is the same idea and I own it. That maths was not hard.
The heat is what makes me use it
Sounds silly but the warm plate is the reason it is a treat and not a chore. I put a show on and do both thighs in ten minutes. Skin feels softer within two weeks, the look took longer.
Second one, bought for my sister
Bought mine in the spring and my sister kept using it when she visited, so she got her own. Easy to clean, charges like a phone, lives on my shelf instead of a drawer.
Solid, one small gripe
No complaints about how it works. My only gripe is I wish the charge lasted longer than about thirty minutes, so I charge it once a week. Results wise, my hips are the area that changed most.
Shorts, in August, without thinking about it
That is the review. I wore shorts to a barbecue and did not check the back of my legs in the car mirror first. Took about seven weeks to get there.
The support actually replied
I emailed asking whether I could use it on my stomach and got a real answer the same day, including where not to use it. That is rare enough that I am mentioning it.
Skin quality first, then the texture
The thing nobody tells you is that the skin feels different before it looks different. Mine felt smoother under my hand at about two weeks. The look followed at around six.
Genuinely easy to hold
I have small hands and most of these things are awkward. The narrow waist means I can grip it properly and reach the back of my own thigh without contorting.
Bought after my sister showed me hers
She had been using it about two months and I could see the difference on the backs of her legs, which is why I am here. Three weeks in for me, skin feels softer, too early for anything else.
Not magic, but it does something
I want to be fair. It has not removed anything. What it has done is make the area look smoother in normal light, which is honestly all I wanted. Four stars because the claims elsewhere online set expectations too high.
The oil smells lovely and does not stain sheets
Was worried about greasy sheets. The Smooth one absorbs in about ten minutes and I have had no marks on anything. Citrus smell is fresh rather than perfumey.
Week four photo made me carry on
I nearly stopped at week three because I could not see anything. Took the photo anyway and put it next to the first one. Small but real. Still going at week nine.
Quiet enough to use while watching TV
Barely louder than an electric toothbrush. I do it on the sofa in the evening and nobody in the room complains, which matters more than it should.
Good for the back of the arms too
Bought it for thighs, ended up using it on the backs of my arms which had always bothered me more. Same routine, same oil. Noticed that area first, actually.
Well built for the price
I expected flimsy plastic for the money. It has a bit of weight to it, the steel domes are properly polished, and the panel does not feel like it will die in a month.
Works well, instructions could be clearer in the box
The website explains the routine properly but the printed card in the box is brief. Read the site first. Once I understood the do not press part it was fine.
Finally something my schedule can survive
Two jobs. I do it Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday. That is it. Nine weeks of that has done more than a year of intending to use a cream every day.
The cellulite on my hips is what changed
Thighs were slower. Hips responded by about week five and that is the area I actually see in clothes, so I am happy.
Bought it sceptical, kept it
I assumed this was another gadget. What convinced me was that they tell you it takes six weeks and that you need the oil. Brands lying to you do not usually include the inconvenient parts.
Fine, but slower than I hoped
Six weeks in and I can feel a difference more than I can see one. It is comfortable and easy to use, I just expected more by now. Might update this later.
Red light ring is a nice extra
I did not buy it for that and I would not buy it for that. But it looks pleasant and it comes on automatically, so no complaints.
My mum has one now too
She is sixty-one and uses it on her legs in the evening. Says it is the warmth she likes. She has not commented on texture but she keeps using it, which tells me something.
Charging is once a week, not a chore
USB-C, same cable as my phone. I charge it Sunday and it does three sessions before it needs anything.
Good, but order two oils
One bottle lasted me about five weeks at three sessions, not six. Not a complaint about quality, just plan for it. The device itself has been great.
No marks, no bruising, at any setting I have used
I bruise easily and this was my worry. I have gone up to level four and had nothing beyond a pink flush that faded before I got into bed.
Better than the dry brush I gave up on
Dry brushing did nothing for me and I stuck at it for months. This at least feels like it is working on something under the skin rather than scratching the top of it.
The five minute rule keeps me honest
I used to overdo things and then quit. Having a clear stop point at five minutes an area means I never resent it.
Legs feel lighter after evening use
Whatever else it is doing, the circulation effect is immediate. My legs feel less heavy within about ten minutes, which is enough on its own on a bad day.
Straightforward and does what it says
No app, no subscription, no account to make. One button, three levels, a cable. I wish more things were like this.
Wish the head were slightly larger
Works well, but on the back of the thigh it takes a few more passes than I expected. Not a real problem, just a preference.
Six weeks and my partner noticed
I did not tell him I was using anything. He commented that the back of my legs looked different. That is the review that mattered to me.
Great for after long flights
I travel for work and my legs swell. Ten minutes with the magnesium oil and it is genuinely better. Packs small enough to bring.
Skin texture on my knees improved first
Odd place to notice it but the skin just above my knees was the first thing that looked smoother. About four weeks.
Have recommended it to three friends
Two have bought it. Nobody has come back annoyed with me, which is the bar I use for recommending anything.
Takes discipline, not effort
The routine is easy. Remembering to do it three times a week is the hard part. I set a reminder in week two and that fixed it.
Warm setting in winter is the selling point
I would not have used this in January without the heat. It turns it into something I look forward to instead of something cold I have to do.
Quality of the oil surprised me
I assumed the bottle was a throw-in. It is a proper light oil, absorbs well, and the pump does not spit. I have bought two more.
Small change, big difference to how I feel
I am not going to claim a transformation. The area looks smoother and I stopped thinking about it when I get dressed. That is worth more than the money.
Easy to clean between uses
Wipe the steel domes with a cloth and it is done. No bits to unscrew, nothing to dismantle.
Used it through a house move and still kept up
Boxes everywhere and I still managed three evenings a week because it is five minutes. That is the whole design, I think.
My physio was fine with it
Checked with her first because of a knee issue. She said keep it off the joint and on soft tissue, which is what the instructions say anyway.
Started in June, still going in August
That is the longest I have stuck with anything in this category. The result is gradual and real rather than sudden and imaginary.
Good for tight quads after cycling
I ride at weekends and use it on my quads on Sunday evening. Recovery use was not why I bought it but it is why I use it most weeks.
Does the job, packaging is plain
Arrived in a simple box with no fuss. Slightly underwhelming to open, but I would rather they spent the money on the device. Works well.
The guarantee is why I risked it
Sixty days and you keep it if it does not work. That removed the only reason I had not tried one of these. I did not need the refund in the end.
Consistent use is the whole thing
I did it properly for six weeks, slacked off for two, and could tell. Back on it now. It is not a device you can use occasionally.
Comfortable enough to use on my stomach
Lower setting, slower passes, and no problem at all. Checked their FAQ first about where not to use it.
Arrived in four days
Ordered Monday, had it Friday. Tracking email came the day after I ordered. No complaints on the shipping side at all.
Texture on the back of my thighs is visibly better
Eight weeks, three or four sessions a week, always with oil. Not gone, clearly better. I would buy it again.
The honest page is what sold me
Every other listing promised results in a week. This one said four to six weeks and told me the device needs oil to work. I bought it because of that, not despite it.
Good gift, actually used
Bought it for my daughter after she mentioned it. She has used it more than anything else I have given her, which is a first.
One button takes a moment to learn
Press to turn on, press again for the next level. Obvious once you know, slightly confusing for the first thirty seconds. After that, fine.
No smell from the device itself
Some heated plastic things smell for the first few uses. This did not, at all, from the first session.
Works on the upper arms as well as legs
Same routine, same oil, slightly lower setting. The skin there is thinner so go gently, but it has been fine.
Third month and still using it
That is the only stat that matters with these things. Most gadgets I own got used twice. This one is still on the shelf by the sofa.
Takes the edge off restless legs at night
Not what it is sold for, but ten minutes with the magnesium oil before bed and my legs stop bothering me. Unexpected benefit.
Partner uses it on his shoulders
I use it on my legs, he uses it on his shoulders after the gym. Neither of us has had any issue sharing it.
Skin on my outer thigh evened out
That was the area that bothered me most. Around week six it started looking more even in daylight, not just in flattering light.
No faff, no subscription
I nearly did not order because I assumed there would be a monthly oil subscription. There is not. You buy oil when you run out.
Would like a travel case
Small thing, but I take it away and wrap it in a towel. A case would be a nice addition. Device itself has been faultless for two months.
My legs feel better even on the days I do not see change
That is what kept me going through the middle weeks when nothing visible was happening.
Well worth trying before booking a salon course
I was about to book a course locally for over a thousand dollars. Tried this first. Two months later I have not booked the course.
Good on the lower back too
Used it on my lower back after a long drive. Warm and comfortable, and it reaches easily enough with one hand.
Instructions are honest about the marks
They tell you plainly that pressing hard is what marks you. I followed that from day one and have never had a mark.
Second bottle of Smooth already
Getting through the oil faster than the six weeks they say, but I am doing four sessions a week and both legs. Device is excellent.
Four weeks from now, you will wish you had started today.
Five minutes a day. Three or four days a week. Sixty days to decide whether it did anything.
